Our Manufacturing Infrastructure
A glimpse inside our production unit, where precision meets craftsmanship, calibration, and export-ready quality control.
See How Our Laboratory Glassware Takes Shape
Our gallery highlights the production stages behind borosilicate laboratory glassware, from raw shaping and joining to annealing, grinding, calibration, and final finishing.
Every image reflects the care, repeatability, and hands-on manufacturing knowledge that support our domestic and export supply commitments.
Production At A Glance
This gallery covers the physical workflow behind our measuring cylinders, bottles, flasks, and other specialized glassware formats.
- Glass forming and shaping for key laboratory products
- Annealing and stress-relief processes for durability
- Export-quality finishing, calibration, and inspection
Production Floor Highlights
Our skilled artisans and production systems work together to shape high-grade Borosilicate 3.3 glass into dependable laboratory products.
Round Base Cylinders (Production Stage)
Freshly formed measuring cylinders. All of these cylinders will be moved to furnace and then will be calibrated according to Class-A. After calibration again the cylinders will be placed in furnace.
Weighing Bottle Bases (Squat Form)
Borosilicate glass weighing bottle head. All the heads are properly grinded for an airtight seal with their lids.
Weighing Bottle Squat Form Bottom Part
All the weighing bottles in images are grinded well. Now these will be combined with the weighing bottle head to complete the product.
B.O.D. Bottles
Specialized bottles for water quality testing. After the all the bottles will go for printing and a glass stopper will be placed to complete the product.
Dropping Bottles
The bottles shown in the image above will be divided into two parts forming two Dropping bottle from a single piece.
Stress-Relief Annealing
Glassware enters our annealing tunnel (lehr) after joining. This critical heating and cooling cycle removes internal thermal stress, preventing breakage.
Clear Dropping Bottles
Batch production of dropping bottles. These will proceed to the finishing department to be fitted with ground-in pipettes and rubber teats.
